July 10th

I have two runs in this week already. I will be slowing it down due to the Boilermaker this weekend. The humidity has made running a challenge but that is ok. Today I am off with my daughter who is up from NYC trying to find places for a group of volunteers wanting to come up to help with flood relief. Have a great day everyone.
