Running times have been few and far between this week with the heat and having Sarah home. Bob is off this cool Sunday morning for a good long run. We will post this weeks info tomorrow.
Sarah was home for almost two weeks helping out in Fort Plain and the Herkimer area with flood relief. She is headed back to NYC today. Even though we didn't see much of her it was great to have her home.
